The draft federal laws On Amendments to the Federal Law «On the Circulation of Medicines» (hereinafter referred to as Draft Law No. 1) and On Amendments to the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offences (hereinafter referred to as Draft Law No. 2) were prepared by the Ministry of Health pursuant to the instructions of the Russian President.
