Russian President Vladimir Putin approved a list of instructions to the government following a meeting with representatives of socially oriented non-profit organisations, charitable organisations and volunteer movements held on July 26, 2017.
The Russian Health Ministry is instructed to take measures by October 30, 2017, to reduce the time frame for expert examinations of anaesthetic drugs, as well as to provide young children with non-invasive anaesthetics.
